Objective: 

To assist private business owners who require assistance to increase their skills through training courses with qualified trainers; in order to further develop their business potential.

Eligible Participants: Private, for-profit, Aboriginal business owners who can demonstrate a necessity to develop skills or enhance or expand their business operations, as well as demonstrate the need for financial assistance, as determined by Gezhtoojig.

Duration: Training may last up to 52 weeks.
