Objective: 

The intent of this program is to provide work experience and on the job training to unemployed individuals that will lead to sustainable employment. A wage subsidy will be negotiated with qualified employers.

Eligible Employers:

• Businesses
• Organizations
• Public health and educational institutions
• Municipal Governments
• First Nations

Eligible Clients:

• Unemployed or underemployed individuals facing employment disadvantages.
• Individuals interested in this program should contact an Employment Counsellor.
